Our vacation rental reviews

A perfect location to spend your holiday!

###Location

If you want to live like an Italian, Casina di Rosa is a perfect location to spend your holiday. Casina di Rosa is located in a typical small historical village, Civitella Marittima, upon a hill. The house is located in the middle of the village.

###Nearby Amenities

Everything for your daily needs is within walking distance. There are very good restaurants nearby.

###The House/Apartment

Casina di Rosa is in a good shape and very quiet. The house can be reached with staircase and is between other houses in the village. We think Casa di Rosa is a historical building.

###Garden

There was very small outside sitting area with two chairs and a table. It is before the front door of the house.

###Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The furniture is nice and in good shape, enough for two persons.

###Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bed was very good and the bedroom was large enough. The bathroom was nice and comfortable.

###Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal and especially an Italian meal.

###Problems or Bonuses

The owner of the house is a very enthusiastic woman, with good knowledge of other languages. She provided us with a lot of information about the village, stores and the surrounding.

###Agency and Representatives (and price)

Casina di Rose is the same as the pictures on the Internet site. We paid €450.

###Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would recommend Casina di Rosa to our friends, especially if they like to live like an Italian.

###Things to do in this area

We are very enthusiastic bikers. But you must consider that the all the villages are located on hills. We made a lot of tours on our bikes through the Maremma. We went to the beach and on our tours on bike we did a lot of sightseeing in the small historical villages.
